NAC Travel Training Platform Community Terms and Rules

Welcome to the NAC Travel Training Platform

We are excited to have you join our community of aspiring travel ambassadors. In order to ensure that everyone has a positive and productive experience, we have established a set of community terms and rules that all participants in the program are expected to follow. Please take a moment to read and familiarize yourself with these guidelines.

General Rules

  • Treat others with respect and kindness. We are all here to learn and grow, and that requires a supportive and collaborative environment.

  • Be mindful of the language you use. This is a professional forum and we expect all participants to use language that is appropriate and respectful.

  • No spamming or self-promotion. This forum is for discussions related to the NAC Travel Training Platform and its courses. If you have something relevant to share, please do so in a respectful and appropriate manner.

  • No harassment or bullying. This includes, but is not limited to, any form of discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks.

  • Stay on topic. Please ensure that your posts are relevant to the discussion at hand.

  • Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the forum moderators and instructors.

Forum Etiquette

  • Use appropriate and descriptive titles for your posts. This will help others understand the content of your post and make it easier for them to find relevant discussions.

  • Stay on topic. If you have something unrelated to share, consider starting a new thread or discussing it in a private message with the appropriate individuals.

  • Be considerate of others' time. Do not post excessively or engage in spamming or trolling behaviors.

  • If you have a question or concern, be specific and clear in your request for help. This will make it easier for others to understand and assist you.

  • Respect others' privacy. Do not share personal or confidential information about yourself or others in the forum.


The NAC Travel training platform is a place for Ambassadors to learn and collaborate with each other. While we encourage open discussion and the exchange of ideas, we ask that all members of our community follow these terms and conditions in order to create a respectful and professional environment for all.

1. Respectful Conduct

We expect all members of our community to treat each other with respect and professionalism at all times. This includes refraining from any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or ability. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disrespectful will not be tolerated and may result in the removal of the offender from the platform.

2. Confidentiality

As an Ambassador, you may have access to confidential information about NAC Travel and its clients. It is important that you respect the privacy of this information and refrain from sharing it with any outside parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the NAC Travel training platform, including course materials, forum posts, and comments, is the intellectual property of NAC Travel and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

4. Spam and Self-Promotion

We do not allow spam or self-promotion on the NAC Travel training platform. Any posts or comments that are solely for the purpose of promoting a product or service will be removed.

5. Inactive Accounts

If an Ambassador's account becomes inactive for a period of six months or more, their access to the platform may be suspended. To reactivate an account, the Ambassador must contact NAC Travel and request to be reinstated.

6. Termination of Access

NAC Travel reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador's access to the platform at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion.

7. Changes to These Terms

NAC Travel reserves the right to update and modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the Ambassador to stay informed of any changes and to adhere to the most current version of these terms.

8. Content and Conduct

The NAC Travel Training Platform and its forums are intended for professional and respectful communication. Any content or behavior that is inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, harassment, bullying, and spamming. Ambassadors are expected to be courteous and respectful towards their fellow members and instructors at all times.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

Ambassadors are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of their fellow members and instructors. Any personal information shared within the platform or forums should be kept confidential. Ambassadors are also expected to protect their own privacy and to not share any personal information about themselves or others without their consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All content within the NAC Travel Training Platform and its forums, including but not limited to text, images, and videos, is the intellectual property of NAC Travel or its licensors. Ambassadors are not permitted to use, distribute, or reproduce any of this content without the express written permission of NAC Travel. Any violation of this rule may result in termination of an Ambassador's contract and access to the platform.

11. Termination of Access

NAC Travel reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador's access to the NAC Travel Training Platform and its forums at any time and for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions, inappropriate or disruptive behavior, and failure to adhere to the guidelines and policies of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions and the use of the NAC Travel Training Platform and its forums shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of operation.
